5 simple St. Patrick's Day activities

Hello Teachers! Hope you're having a lovely day. It's that time of year again when everything is fresh and green so I thought I'd take a moment to highlight a few cute St. Patrick's Day Favorites!

1. St. Patrick's Day Parts of Speech

Don't know much about St. Patrick's Day? Your students can learn the history and traditions while practicing identifying nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs with this pack. You can build a whole lesson or two with this- plenty of variety of activities ready to print and go.

2. St. Patrick's Day common core math color by codes

Student's always need extra make practice- these codes combine a variety of math skills- some artistic skills and St. Patrick's spirit into your math practice.

Kindergarten codes included in our Spring pack here.
1st grade codes are available here.
2nd grade codes are right here.

3. Build a Leprechaun Village

This activity has been a favorite of mine for years- students can work together to build a St. Patrick's Village full of cute whimsical cottages.
These make awesome classroom decor which your students will be proud of.

4. St. Patrick's Day Spot the Differences

Though there's multiple ways to use these cute pictures- I think they work best as warmers. They get students thinking, talking and excited about the holiday!

5. St. Patrick's Day Phonics crafts

Practice a range of phonics skills with these bright activities. Skills practiced include Vowel Teams, Beginning Blends, CVC words and more. The crafts are one page only per student and super simple to create!

We hope you found something that your learners will love here!
Wishing you a happy St. Patrick's Day and don't forget to wear green! :)
